White-label analytics

White-label analytics under your name.

Your fonts, your colours, your domain, and report emails sent from your own SMTP. Web components, not an iframe with someone else’s chrome.

Aurora theme applied

No vendor branding. Your product stays yours.

Good white-labeling is a UX bar, not a paint job.

A logo and a colour picker are table stakes. The whole experience has to feel like your product.

What’s actually in the box

The platform capabilities and the white-label details, in one place.

  • 19+ connectors

Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, Postgres and more. We store metadata only, never a copy of your data.

  • 40+ chart types, native components

8 categories, from comparison to geo. Web components, not an iframe, so every chart inherits your DOM directly.

  • Your fonts, logo, and domain

CSS and radius inherit from your theme tokens. Your logo on login screens and report emails sent from your own SMTP domain. Included on every plan, not a license upgrade.

  • Plain English, SQL, or drag-and-drop

Natural language queries grounded in the semantic layer, not agentic. 6 LLM provider options.

  • Row and column-level security

Resolved per tenant before the query runs, not filtered after the fact. Guest and app tokens scope every request.

  • SDK for 7 frameworks

React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, Svelte, Solid, vanilla JS. Control down to a single chart, plus a native MCP server your team can query directly.

Your customers can feel the seam, even when they can’t explain it.

A scroll inside a scroll. Fonts that almost match. Then a vendor mark in the corner someone screenshots.

Iframe

Looks like it’s not yours

  • A visible border around every embed
  • Fonts and colours that don’t quite match
  • A vendor name showing up somewhere

Web components (Databrain)

Looks like it’s always been yours

  • Renders directly in your DOM
  • Inherits your fonts, colours, radius
  • Nothing to point to. Nothing to explain.

White-labeling is not a tier. It is how the product ships.

Flat, feature-based pricing from $999 a month. Unlimited seats, embeds and tenants on every plan, so the bill does not move when your customer count does.

Questions buyers actually ask

What is white-label analytics?

White-label analytics is analytics software you rebrand and embed so your customers see your product’s name, fonts and colors instead of the vendor’s. The dashboards and reports look like features your own team built. Databrain provides white-label analytics through web components themed to your brand, no Databrain logo or powered-by mark in the embedded components, and, on the Pro and Enterprise plans, scheduled report emails sent through your own SMTP server.

How is white-label analytics different from embedded analytics?

Embedded analytics describes where the analytics lives: inside your product. White-label analytics describes whose brand it carries: yours, with no visible trace of the vendor. An embedded dashboard can still show a vendor’s logo, chrome or styling, so white-labeling is the extra layer of theming, branded email delivery and removed vendor marks. Databrain handles both from one setup, so the embed and the branding ship together.

Is white-labeling included on every Databrain plan?

Yes for the product itself: Databrain includes white-labeled dashboards and custom themes per customer on Growth, Pro and Enterprise, with no white-label add-on fee. Email white-labeling, which sends scheduled reports through your own SMTP server, is included on Pro at $1,995 per month and on Enterprise, but not on Growth at $999 per month. Every plan keeps unlimited seats, embeds and tenants.

Can each of our customers have its own branding?

Yes, Databrain lets you create several named themes and choose one per embed with the theme-name attribute, so each customer or reseller can get its own fonts, colors, card styles and chart palettes. Your backend decides which theme to pass when it renders the dashboard for that customer. If every customer should look identical, pass the same theme to every embed instead.

Can scheduled reports be sent from our own domain?

Yes, on the Pro and Enterprise plans Databrain sends scheduled report emails through your own SMTP server, so they arrive from your domain and sender address rather than a Databrain one. You add your SMTP credentials under Embed Settings, in the Email Settings tab, and Databrain authenticates the connection before using it. Your customers receive the reports as email from you.

Will our customers see the Databrain name anywhere?

No Databrain logo, watermark or powered-by mark appears in Databrain’s embedded components, so there is no badge to pay to remove. Dashboards render inside your application on your own domain, styled by your theme, and on Pro and Enterprise report emails go out through your SMTP server. The only Databrain reference is the API your integration calls behind the scenes.

Can white-label dashboards be shown in our customers’ languages?

Yes, Databrain embeds accept a language code and a translation dictionary, so metric titles, descriptions, column names, legends and labels display in each customer’s language. Your app passes the language for the signed-in user, for example fr or de, and any text without a translation falls back to the original. This works on both the dbn-dashboard and dbn-metric components.
